Returns
Easy returns in just a few steps:
At Nomad, you have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order - also on personalized products.
The goods must be unused and be in the same condition as at the time of received.
To ensure fast and secure handling of your return shipment, we recommend that you use our returns portal. If you wish to return an item in any other way, please contact us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the receipt or processing of returns that are sent outside of our system unless this has been agreed in advance and sent to the correct address.
Easily order a return label via our returns portal and have the QR code scanned at a GLS parcel shop. The return costs DKK 45, which is automatically deducted from your refund.

In case of returning goods, the customer pays for all postage. You as a customer assume the transportation risk in the event of a return.
Always remember to keep the receipt and tracking number as documentation in case of any problems during shipment.
Exchange
Easy exchange in just a few steps:
Do you want to exchange for a different item? Luckily, we offer free exchanges in just a few steps.
At Nomad, you have a 14-day exchange and return policy from the date you receive your order.
You can set up your exchange via our returns portal and get a QR code as a return label, which can then be scanned in a GLS parcel shop
Here you have the option to exchange for a different color or a completely different product. If there is a difference between the items you want to exchange, you will either be charged or credited for this through the portal.
Giftcard
You now also have the option to get your refund as a giftcard if you prefer. We offer free return shipping if you choose to get your refund as a voucher. In addition, we give a 10% bonus on top of the refunded amount if you choose this return method. This option is available at the end of the returns portal, where you can select ‘giftcard’ as your preferred refund. How to return/exchange your order
- Go to our returns portal and create your return.
- Select your preferred return method and follow the wizard.
- Pack the item securely and in the original packaging.
- Show the QR code provided when you drop off the package in the parcel shop.
- The parcel shop will then print your return label and attach it to the package for you.
Please note that we have a processing time of up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return package at our warehouse.

Claims
If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect or wish to submit a complaint, please send an email to beanomad@nomadcph.com with the following information:
- A description of the problem
- Pictures that clearly show the error
- Your order number
Once we have received your request, we will assess the case and inform you of the next steps. Please note that we cannot process complaints without documentation.
