Nomad CPH offers 14-day return policy valid from the day you receive your goods. Please attach your invoice to the returned package.
The goods must be unused and be in the same condition as at the time of receipt.
We check all the products before they are shipped, but should the product be damaged please contact us at: hello@nomadcph.com
The package must be sent directly to our return address. Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the full amount to your account as soon as possible. We will only refund the amount of the credit card used during the purchase. Please note that return of goods is at your own expense, therefore, please keep your receipt as documentation for the item to be shipped.
